iSupport Worldwide is hiring a Chief Sales & Client Services Officer (CSO) to build and lead a predictable, scalable revenue engine. 

This role is for a hands‑on revenue executive. Someone who still closes enterprise deals, owns key client relationships, and knows how to turn growth into a system, not a scramble. 

You will be accountable for net revenue growth across new business, expansion, and retention, while ensuring enterprise clients experience iSupport as a long‑term strategic partner, not a vendor.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute a revenue strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets 
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline to conversion, onboarding, and expansion 
  • Identify and pursue enterprise clients aligned with iSupport’s offshore delivery model 
  • Build systems that support predictable, repeatable growth 
  • Lead enterprise deal strategy, negotiations, and long‑term contract structuring 
  • Serve as executive sponsor for top‑tier accounts 
  • Maintain direct relationships with C‑suite leaders and senior operators 
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing clients 
  • Build, lead, and scale a disciplined, results‑driven sales team 
  • Drive outbound and inbound motions that consistently produce qualified enterprise pipeline 
  • Define ICPs, sales motion, and go‑to‑market discipline 
  • Lead the client services and account management function 
  • Ensure account managers operate as growth owners, not support staff 
  • Implement structured account growth plans, tiering, and expansion targets 
  • Establish systems for:  
    • Client health and risk tracking 
    • QBRs and executive reviews 
    • Expansion planning and execution 
  • Own Net Revenue Retention, churn, and expansion revenue 
  • Maximize client lifetime value 
  • Proactively mitigate churn and delivery risk 
  • Build visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and account performance 
  • Establish accurate forecasting and revenue reporting 
  • Run the revenue function with metrics, not anecdotes 

Who This Is For

This role is for a senior revenue leader who still operates at deal level. 

You bring: 

  • Experience as a CSO, CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent 
  • A track record of multi‑million‑dollar revenue growth in BPO, offshoring, outsourcing, or workforce solutions 
  • Proven ability to personally generate pipeline and close enterprise deals 
  • Experience owning both new business and account expansion or client services 
  • Deep understanding of offshore delivery models, pricing, and margins 
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics, forecasting, and revenue operations 
  • An active network of decision‑makers in US mid‑market and enterprise accounts, with AU or UK exposure as a plus 

You are expected to personally contribute to pipeline and client acquisition within your first 90 to 120 days.

  • Deal size and sales cycle efficiency 
  • Client satisfaction metrics such as CSAT or NPS 
  • Gross margin per client
