About The Role

We’re hiring an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive (Growth Solutions Partner) to drive new business acquisitions, expand strategic accounts, and accelerate revenue growth without people management responsibilities. 

This is a closing-focused role for a senior sales executive who thrives in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, builds senior relationships, and shapes high‑value opportunities end‑to‑end—from prospecting to close. 

Hard industry requirement (please read): This role is built for candidates who have sold outsourcing/offshoring solutions from within a BPO, outsourcing/offshoring provider, or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and exceed an annual new-business revenue quota.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Build and manage a robust, high-value pipeline using a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including persuasive C-suite engagements and negotiations.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with net‑new prospects—especially companies exploring outsourcing and offshoring solutions. 
  • Generate pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, industry events, partnerships, and referrals. 
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and executive forums. 
  • Partner closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and collateral that support lead generation. 
  • Conduct compelling discovery sessions that uncover pain points, quantify business impacts, and validate strategic fit.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business model and operational challenges to position our services as a high-impact solution.
  • Create tailored proposals that address client needs, highlight value, and differentiate us competitively.
  • Lead executive-level pitches, ensuring clear articulation of ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic prospects and newly acquired accounts during onboarding.  
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.  
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to influence long‑term growth. 

What You Bring (Required)

  • 10+ years direct experience selling outsourcing and offshoring solutions from within a BPO, outsourcing/offshoring provider, or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment.  
  • Proven success selling high‑value, multi‑stakeholder B2B solutions in complex sales environments.  
  • Demonstrated career stability and loyalty—at least 3+ years per company—showing commitment and ability to build sustained value with employers and clients.  

Not a Fit If

  • If your experience is primarily SaaS/software, staffing/recruitment, consulting, or “adjacent services” without directly selling outsourcing/offshoring inside a BPO / outsourcing provider / GCC, this role is not the right match. 
  • Strategic, consultative selling methodology.

  • Deep outsourcing/offshoring industry acumen.
  • Exceptional pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build multi-threaded relationships.
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong alignment and accountability.
  • Results-driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including ROI modeling and pricing strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
