Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive (Growth Solutions Partner) to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving new business acquisitions, expanding strategic accounts, and accelerating revenue growth. This role is ideal for a high-performance sales executive who prefers to focus directly on closing business, cultivating relationships, and shaping enterprise-level opportunities without managing a team. 

The GSP will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—operating at a senior level with clients and internal stakeholders. This leader will consistently represent the organization with strategic insight, professionalism, and a consultative approach, directly impacting our market expansion and financial goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Own and exceed an annual new-business revenue quota.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.

Build and manage a robust, high-value pipeline using a structured, data-driven approach.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including persuasive C-suite engagements and negotiations.

Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with net-new prospects across key industries, with a strong focus on companies exploring outsourcing and offshoring solutions.

Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline generation through networking, outbound prospecting, industry events, partnerships, and referrals.

Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at conferences, trade shows, and executive forums.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and collateral that support lead generation.

Conduct compelling discovery sessions that uncover pain points, quantify business impacts, and validate strategic fit.

Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business model and operational challenges to position our services as a high-impact solution.

Create tailored proposals that address client needs, highlight value, and differentiate us competitively.

Lead executive-level pitches, ensuring clear articulation of ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.

Serve as the key point of contact for strategic prospects and newly acquired accounts during the onboarding phase.

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts to influence long-term growth.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven record of exceeding quota.

Extensive experience selling outsourcing and offshoring solutions, preferably in the BPO, shared services, or global talent space.

Demonstrated success selling high-value, multi-stakeholder B2B solutions.

Strategic, consultative selling methodology.

Executive-level communication and presence.

Deep outsourcing/offshoring industry acumen.

Exceptional pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing skills.

High emotional intelligence and ability to build multi-threaded relationships.

Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong alignment and accountability.

Results-driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including ROI modeling and pricing strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
